I studied Nutrition in college and then it just became a way of life.
I have always loved baking and cooking and making recipes healthier; as I am always researching for the latest products and new health studies.
I love the outdoors and will walk, run, hike, bike, rollerblade, yoga, bodyflow and pretty much anything physical I will say BRING IT.
I just got married September 5th and moved out to Indianapolis. My husband and I both love it out here from Virginia Tech (both graduates) and are enjoying the journey of being Newlyweds!
