The most delicious meat I have ever had. Yep. Meatballs (turkey)
1.2 lb lean ground turkey
3 slices light whole wheat bread crumbed
1/4 cup skim milk
1 large egg
1 onion minced
3 garlic cloves minced
2 tbsp parsley
salt and pepper to taste (I used janes crazy mixed up salt)
Let milk soak in with bread for 5 min.
Mix Turkey with egg, onion, garlic, and spices.
Add bread mixture and press with fork to mix.
Make into balls of your liking :)
Bake on covered pan Medium Heat (15 to 20 min) Depending on size
Let brown on outside and deliciously tender on inside!
Enjoy on its own or in a wrap or bread or however you like your balls!
