Today is Day 1 of my training.
I FINALLY have the motivation to run again...I have been an avid WALKER all winter and it is time to break out and RUN!
I have no idea what my distance goal is today...for all I care it is just to get outside and RUN. My garmin will clock distance, pace, HR and route(elevations).
This is pretty much my way of saying...Spring I am ready for you.
