    variation triple berries, almond milk, soy powder, spinach and chia!

  4. I STILL haven't tried Chia and would love to!! Thanks for the comment on my blog; I'm SO far behind on my google reader so I hadn't seen this yet.

    My favorite smoothie is peach-banana-strawberry with almond milk. And of course spinach. :)

  5. Heaven in a blender:
    1 Scoop Whey protein, 1 frozen banana, 1 cup frozen triple berries, 1 T ground flax seed, handful of spinach and handful of kale, and 1 cup of skim milk...mix that and what do you get...Heaven in a blender.
