No Bake PB Protein bars!

Quick and Easy (max time 5 min!)


MIX!
1/2 banana mashed (the riper the better)
1 cup Oats
1/2 cup natural peanut butter  
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips or raisins 
Optional : ground flaxseed, protein powder, coconut

Mash it all together!
Then get a pie pan or any pan.

Spread it out evenly!
LICK THE SPOON
and Freeze for 2 to 3 hours
CUT and SERVE!
or wrap them individually for on the go!
